Return / Refund / Exchange Policy

To our RV Friends and Valued Customers:

The RV Parts House makes every effort to insure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, in the rare case that you have a problem, we will gladly exchange, credit or refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of shipping. If a return is due to factors beyond your control, we will even refund your shipping costs. That is our commitment to your satisfaction. Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Do not accept damaged items.

If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us with your order number. You may return unused items for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items may be subject up to a 20% restocking fee if the packaging is opened or damaged, but is still in sellable condition. We are unable to accept returns of electronic items, Special Orders, specially made items, and freight/crate fees. All items returned must be in the original packaging and in new condition, showing no signs of wear, installation or use. There will be a 10% charge due to credit card processing fees.


In some cases, products suspected to be defective may be tested and repaired or you may be instructed to contact the manufacturer directly. However, rest assured that we will assist you in every way possible to resolve any concern you may have.

To make a return, please print and follow directions on this Return Form.
Please inspect your merchandise before accepting your order from the delivery service. Do not accept it if it is damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please notify us immediately. Please contact the shipper as well. Claims with the shipper must be filed within 24 hours. If you do not notify them immediately, your claim may not be able to be processed, and it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping.
